Before choosing a specific product, DataExpert usually first enters into discussions with its customers to identify and test the most suitable product. This service is part of the Consultancy service of DataExpert.

After choosing the right product and installing it with the customer, it may happen that the customer experiences problems or has questions about its operation. In such cases, the Support department can be reached by phone and on location for questions.

The third service of DataExpert is the Investigation part. This is where employees of DataExpert help customers with an investigation.

Finally, we also offer our 24/7 Incident Response service. If there is a disruption to your business continuity due to a cyber attack, we can help.
