The company MD5 from the UK has been active as a software developer in the field of digital investigation since 2003.

VFC (part of the MD5 company) is the creator of forensic software Virtual Forensic Computing (VFC). This product makes it possible to virtualise the environment of the suspect and further investigate it before copying the data. In addition, VFC provides support with digital investigations upon request.

All MD5 employees are very experienced in conducting extensive digital investigations and work in a state-of-the-art lab. This is where all investigations take place and where their own product is developed.
