Passware was founded in 1998. They specialise in developing software to ‘crack’ passwords. With some investigations, interesting documents are secured with a password, or even the entire PC can be secured. With the Passware kit Forensics, as a digital investigator, you can make use of smart decryption technology in order to access the data. Passware provides software to government agencies, military organisations, helpdesk staff and companies. Specific customers include Ernst & Young, NASA, Apple and Adobe.
